Totally Delicious & Super Nutritious Smoothie!!!




Good Morning Good Lifers!!! I Hope You All Had A Great Weekend! I Know I Did!  So Today I Wanted To Share A Recipe For A Delicious and Insanely Nutritious Smoothie, Perfect For Breakfast Or Any Other Meal.  And The Best Part Is That Is Under 350 Cals!!! Without Further Ado I Present To You The Recipe!

Deliciously Nutritious Smoothie (Makes Approx 32 Oz. Perfect For 2)

What You Will Need:

Naked Brand Green Juice - 16 Oz - 240 Cals
Orange Juice - 1/3 Cup - 50 Cals
Frozen or Fresh Mixed Berries (Raspberry, Blueberry, Black Berry) - 1 Cup - 80 Cals
1 Kale Stock - 40 Cals
All Natural Peanut Butter - 1 Tsp - 80 Cals
1/2 Scoop of Whey Protein (Other Proteins May Be Substituted) - 130 Cals
5 Ice Cubes - 0 Cals

Total Calories: 620  

Total Calories/ Serving:  620 % 2 =  310 Cals / 16 Oz Serving


Procedure: 

1. Throw It All In The Blender and Let It Do All The Work!
2. Stir To Check Consistency and Make Sure No Big Chunks
