Happy Monday Good Lifers! Hope You Had A Great Weekend and Are Ready For An AWESOME Week!!!

Today's blog is about Myofascial Release; a form of stretching and deep tissue massage.

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue . The time element has to do with pressure applied slowly.  This will allow the fascia to elongate.

The use of Myofascial Release allows us to look at each patient as a unique individual. Our Muscle Tension Release class focuses on Myofascial Release, in hope to help the muscles return to their original length, which provides greater range of motion and helps the body move as efficiently and pain free as possible.   Using Foam Rollers, Rumble Rollers, Soft Balls, LaCrosse Balls and more.  We promote independence through education in proper body mechanics and movement, self treatment instruction, enhancement of strength, improved flexibility, and postural and movement awareness.
